Information We Collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, work email, company, phone number and project details you provide. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Standard server logs may record IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance purposes.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain the business relationship. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Client Data in Delivery Engagements
During a delivery engagement we may access client Salesforce, cloud or application data under a separate master services agreement and, where applicable, a business associate agreement. That access is governed by the contract in force, not by this policy.
VerifAI and Uploaded Lists
Email addresses submitted to VerifAI for verification are processed and then discarded. We do not retain your list, sell it, or fold it into a shared database. Retention windows and processing locations are specified in the applicable service agreement.
Cookies
This site uses only functional storage required to render pages. We do not run advertising trackers.
Data Retention and Your Rights
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@crosscloudops.com.
Security
We apply encryption in transit, least privilege access and periodic review of internal systems, supported by our own cybersecurity practice. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
