Enterprise AI Platform

Assistants Answer. We Run the Process.

Your AI tools reason and draft. Our enterprise AI platform turns that intelligence into finished work: always-on, fully traceable workflows across every team and system you already run, with a human-gated delivery pipeline that builds them.

The Big Picture

Three Layers. One System.

Your AI tools think. Your business systems hold the records. The platform is the layer in between, turning intelligence into action reliably and on schedule.

01

Intelligence

Claude, Gemini and specialist agents reason, draft and advise. Keep whichever your teams already use.

02

Orchestration

Triggers, approvals, data checks, documents, email and SMS. Every step recorded, every flow able to call AI.

03

Systems of Record

CRM, order management, finance, email and files, kept current without copy and paste.

It works both ways. The platform puts your assistants’ answers to work, and your assistants can start workflows themselves.

What It Does

Everything You Need. Nothing You Do Not.

Most companies buy a workflow tool, a database, an app builder and a portal system, then pay people to hold them together. This is one platform that does all of it.

Automate Any Process

From a single notification to a multi-team approval chain. Design it visually, set it live, and it runs the same way every time.

AI That Gets Work Done

Built-in AI does not just answer. It reads your data, decides inside workflows, drafts documents and routes work, with every action recorded.

Your Data in One Place

A built-in database keeps records beside the workflows that use them. No exports, no syncing, no extra subscription.

Build the Apps Around It

Dashboards, internal tools and customer-facing apps, assembled with clicks and wired straight into your data and workflows.

Portals and Forms

Publish portals, forms and sites your customers and partners can use, secure by default.

See and Prove Everything

Every run, every change, every approval logged automatically. When an auditor asks what happened, you have the answer.

Gated Delivery

Ready to Drop Into Any SDLC

Automated sessions implement, build, test and promote. Humans hold five named decisions and never touch a keyboard to make the change. The same pipeline that builds the platform builds your work.

G1

Intake

The request is captured as a specification, not a ticket, so the scope is explicit before anything runs.

G2

Clarify

Ambiguity is resolved with a human before implementation, which is where most delivery cost actually leaks.

G3

Sequence

Work is ordered and dependencies surfaced, so nothing is built on something that has not landed.

G4

Fitness

Automated build, test and promotion through sandbox, dev, QA and production, with a published version seal.

G5

Authorize

A named human authorises promotion, and the evidence bundle behind that decision is what a change authority approves from.

It slots into your existing SDLC rather than replacing it. Waterfall, agile or hybrid, the gates map to the decisions your organisation already makes.

Why It Is Different

Governed Across Every Vendor, Not One

Agentforce is built around the Salesforce data model. Copilot around Microsoft’s. Each is excellent inside its own walls and blind outside them. Your estate is not single vendor, so your AI governance cannot be either.

  • Every workflow publishes as a governed, callable tool with a version, an entitlement, a scope, a rate limit and an audit row on every call
  • Actor identity survives the queue boundary, so every record an agent changes names the human who asked for it
  • Authorization is checked at multiple gates on every call, and unknown tools default to deny
  • Works alongside vendor-native governance rather than replacing it, covering the estate a single-vendor tool cannot see

Least privilege by design

Run-scoped credentials, revoked as the final action of every run.

On-premise runtime option

Flows execute inside your perimeter, with the control plane outside it, for sovereign and OT estates.

Secrets cannot leak into traces

A hard field allowlist on observability data, enforced by a test that fails the build.

Evidence, not assertions

Run traces, spans, lineage and an audit record you can hand to a reviewer.

Observability

A Platform That Declines to Make a Number Up

For anyone selling into regulated estates, this is the part you can show an auditor rather than describe to them.

It will not fabricate a percentile

A daily p95 is not derivable from twenty-four hourly p95s, not by mean, max or interpolation. Ask for one and you get a stated reason instead of a plausible number.

It flags its own low confidence

A bucket with fewer than ten runs is marked low confidence. A 100% error rate from a single failed run is technically true and operationally meaningless.

An empty window says empty

Never a zero-filled series implying traffic there was none of. Every envelope carries its effective sample rate.

Retries cannot hide

A step that succeeded on the third attempt reads as succeeded, three attempts. Never silently as succeeded.

Spans cannot carry secrets

URL, query and path are forbidden outright, because connector paths and OAuth query strings carry credentials. Egress records host only.

One definition of failure

Written once and surfaced verbatim wherever a reliability figure appears. Cancelled runs are never counted as failures.

A platform that declines to answer is worth more to an auditor than one that always does.

Built with FlowClick

The platform is FlowClick. Cross Cloud Ops brings the sales relationship, the domain context and the delivery team.

One accountable partner

You contract with Cross Cloud Ops. You do not manage a vendor chain.

White label where it fits

Deployed under your brand or ours, depending on what the engagement needs.

Built to requirement

Tools get built as requirements arrive, rather than waiting for a product roadmap to catch up.

The Partnership

Cross Cloud Ops and FlowClick

The enterprise AI platform is built on FlowClick, a partnership between our teams. Cross Cloud Ops leads the client relationship and delivery. FlowClick provides the platform underneath, used as needed and white labelled where the engagement calls for it.

That means you get a consulting partner who owns the outcome, sitting on top of a platform we help shape rather than one we resell at arm’s length. When a client requirement needs something the platform does not do yet, we build it.

Common Questions

Before You Ask

Does this replace our AI assistants?

No, and it is not trying to. Keep Claude, Gemini or whatever your teams already use. Assistants are excellent at answering, one person at a time. This is the layer where that intelligence becomes finished, repeatable, auditable work across teams.

Does it replace ServiceNow, Salesforce or our ERP?

No. Those stay as your systems of record. The platform sits between your AI tools and those systems, orchestrating work across them and keeping them current. Where you already run vendor-native AI governance, we feed it rather than compete with it.

Can it run inside our perimeter?

Yes. An on-premise runtime executes flows inside your network with the control plane outside it, which is how we handle sovereign, air-gapped and OT environments where nothing SaaS may reach.

How does it fit our SDLC?

The Gated Delivery pipeline maps five human decisions onto the approval points your organisation already has. Automated sessions do the implementation, build, test and promotion between those gates. It slots into waterfall, agile or hybrid without asking you to change methodology.

What does an engagement look like to start?

A short working session on one real process, then a scoped pilot with a fixed price and a clear measure of success. We would rather prove it on one workflow than sell you a platform licence.

Next Step

Bring Us One Process That Costs You Time.

We will map it, show you what governed automation of it looks like, and scope a pilot with a fixed price. The working session is free.
